Martenity Nightmare

I am disgusted by Bonitas regarding the repeated rejection of my baby’s pediatrician claim.

I was issued with an authorization number for a natural birth. My baby was born slightly earlier than the authorized date, an unplanned and unavoidable situation. Despite this, the pediatrician claim has been rejected solely due to a mismatch between the authorization date and the actual date of treatment.

This handling of the matter is unreasonable and has caused unnecessary stress and delays during an already sensitive time. The authorization for the birth was in place, and the early delivery was beyond my control. The money I am paying monthly is not worth it the treatment.
