Marara Pharmacy is useless!

Cannot get through to Boncap and tired of having to contact them every month. Can the Manager for the Chronic contact me as we are being charged for chronic medication that is on the list. This is unacceptable. Some months the meds don't even get delivered, so many months is skipped (and they are both diabetics) . I speak to the Pharmacist monthly too and still nothing changes.
