Made me hold on for very long

I went for an op in september 2014, in the week i received a sms saying that lenmed has not paid for a uterine manipulator.....what that is heaven alone knows and why the medical aid would not pay for the equipment used in hospital after they authorised the operation is just beyond me....in september I put money away as I knew bonitas would not look after me but never received anything.....now in december receiving a sms that something was not paid I am extremely stunned....why bonitas why<br> <br> No response to date and Lenmed is hassling me <br> <br> I got an answer today saying that bonitas will not pay for this outstanding monies, what pathethis service this is cause I must just pay for it not matter what they dont care,,,,worst medical aid ever
