Day-to-day benefits - on the Bonitas website it include acute medication. But then you as member must apply for your own savings money to use because you just get a certain amount for acute medication even if there is funds available on the day-to-day benefits. as per Thandeka at Bonitas whapsapp its not to say that the claim will be paid. There are 2 levels - level 1 R1000 and a level 2 R4000 and its no to say your claim will be paid !!!! So what claims will Bonitas decide to pay - day to day is it not the members money that the contribute ? Seems Bonitas is keeping their members money for themselfs
