i asked for my girlfriend to be loaded on my medical aid. I send in the forms on the 10 th of march. And requested for her to be loaded on the 25 of april so that the debit order can go off on the 1 of may

They then loaded her for the 1 st of march. And then wanted to debit my account with R 2300. But i was quoted R 1980. When i spoke to them,they went and suspended my medical aid.Because of payment. But that is not what my forms said

After numerous e mail and complaining and telling them how to do there job. They went and loaded her for the 1 st of april. I phoned them and spoke to them. And the lady told me they wil not double debit my account. What did they do today. They went and double debit my account. So they have brain dead lying **** working for them.

now my big question is, when do i get my money back. Because this morning i wil open a case of theft. And i wil go to the ombudsman regarding this

Because cant you people read. And you people just do what ever you want. Absolute pathetic company and i wil be changing my medical aid. Because i dont have time for this ****
