Lost the plot.. As usual.
Clearly no one at Bonitas has no cooking clue about what's happening on my profile. They have lost the plot, AGAIN! MY QUERY IS NOT RESOLVED! Bonitas, please would you hand this to a senior person to handle from start to finish. If you were up to speed and if your clueless agents paid attention to the calls and read my emails, ALL of my queries would have been addressed. Not only the ambulance account! I have lodged multiple complaints since OCTOBER 2019!! Get your facts together before you respond publicly to a formal complaint!
