Looking for reasons to reject the claim
My Mom was admitted to hospital last year. She had some blood tests done and Bonitas has rejected the claim. They 1st requested the Pathology request note, then they needed a motivation letter from the doctor and now they want the actual results of the test. I believe that the results are confidential information. It looks like,depending on the results they may or may not pay the claim.
