Looking for another medical aid asap

This is the worst medical aid ever...I paid my medical aid premium super early in December and they sent me an sms that funds were received and allocated, I had an irritating cough this morning and went to the doctor only to find out they suspended my benefits...their debit order service apparently works in isolation...they still went to deduct the money for the second time and when no funds were there they suspended my benefits even though it's up to date. Please advise which medical aid I can move to I've had it with this schemes incompetency. You cannot afford an IT department that can intergrate your 'Suspend' process to first check the status of the contributions? Now I must go back to work on Monday with a damn cough while I prioritised them and paid them first thing when I got paid in December.
