Long wait for refund of savings from Bonitas

I have a refund owing from last year for my accumulated savings. I have been following up since last week and two agents already promised me the credit controller will ensure the refund is in my bank account by this week Thursday. The agent informed the creditor controller will email me confirmation by Monday this week. Yesterday since I didn't receive the confirmation I phoned again and the agent advised there refund will only be deposited by next week Thursday. Bonita's is always inefficient hence I changed my option plan from Boncomprehensive which is their elite plan to Bonita's standard as they don't even provide great service on their elite plan.
