Lodging a complaint against Bonitas at CMS

Well, Seventh month of waiting for my refund even after naming and shaming poor service on Hellopeter, Bonitas are still unrepentant.

I have done everything a client would do to this point. Called in every week only to be told of escalation after escalation.

Why is Bonitas escalating a refund that is way out of SLA?

Such mediocre service.

This is going to CMS.
