Living up to their 1 "star" standards.
Google Reviews give them 1 star. Hello Peter 1 star. Ranked near the VERY bottom of the pile at #19!!! Well deserved on all accounts :-( Today was my 3rd time calling them about the same issue. I was kept on the phone and on hold for 50 min !!!!!!! (with annoying elevator music). Then the line went dead - even more infuriating!!!! No one bothered calling me back, no sms, no email. When I called back - I was told the agent had already left for the day. I am about to cancel my membership. Truly terrible experience.
