Limited specialist on network

I am writing this review with so much frustration and I am super disappointed!!! I have been with Boncap for almost 3 years now and I am pregnant last year 2021 and I started consulting with a specialist Gynecologists' and he was covered 100% No problems. This year I called for authorization for 2022 and I was informed that my specialist is no longer on the Specialist Network. Mind you I have already obtained an admission form with Waterfall Hospital. I asked them what are the options, they said I must pay cash for my visits or change a gynae. I am 7 months Pregnant How do I even start doing that?!!!. I asked for their Network list of Gynae and to my surprise they have 7 in Gauteng and none of them are within my area. My God I am frustrated and would appreciate if this gets sorted out sooner as I cannot drive an hour just for a gynae appointments!!!
