Life-saving operation delayed because Bonita's account department delays and membership department error
Bonitas consultants who read emails (if they actually even do read them) do not care. It's now a month and the same operation canceled three times.
A life-saving operation delayed 3 times because of their error and delayed unhelpful responses.
I am helpless, I dont know what else to do.
