Life in danger due to claims and process of 2 weeks

Appalled that for 4 months a claim to an oxygen service provider has not been paid, under review for 10-15 days after approving a larger tank on 19 May 22 due to continuous power interruption of Loadshedding. My father's life is now in hanging I'm the hands on Bonitas who isn't settling the claim and a company Oxygen and General who won't release a new oxygen tank due to a medical aid dispute. Isn't the purpose of medical aid to protect life and the quality thereof
