Lies and still NO TRUTH!!! SHUT THIS BONITAS DOWN!!!Urgent Removal fromThe Medical Council. Public Be Aware of BONITAS!!!

Since my report on Hello Peter on the 27th February 2019, I very fortunately received a very apologetic call from Bonitas whereby one of their Team leaders from the Back Office named Lebogang Morobane . Oh graatjie , he just never stopped apologising. promised to forward me email addresses which never happened. Lebogang tried to be as nice as he could but I deep within you that this was all so false. Bonitas actually is part of the Medscheme Group. Damn!! why and what are the reasons that they do not have their telephone numbers and email addresses revealed, should they be justified in their actions and jobs that they should be doing with all honesty. I know of so many of their staff all driving the best of vehicles in between working hours dropping and doing all sorts of hidden agenda side stuff all with the expense of their clients. had i not fought till the end of December 2018 I would have had another ******* on my premium again. Crazy!! tough it was for me in 2017 that I was extremely ill and was unfortunate to take my stand. So I had to pay a hurrendous amount on my premium. Management, Partners and Directors have some hidden agenda. Please o not fall their trash calls with Twang and Promises Never fulfilled. Staff at the Switchboard are not allowed to give out the landline telephone numbers of their internal staff and the Call Centre staff are really just as they are doing us the clients a favour. Their Client Service sucks as much their Management. The only person I got help from in December was Wendy Francis who really delivered her works worth with efficiency and immense integrity. Public never be fooled by their Team leaders and their Management staff as they are all ****!!! Bonitas should seriously be removed from the Medical Council.
