Lies and disgracefull

I wanted to put my family on a hoapital plan and contacted Bonitas representatives. I delt with Keabtshwe Collen Phasa that sold a policyvand **** to me. Furthermore they wanted to place a waiting period of three months and excpected me to pay R16000 to gain there trust. The saleaman gave me false information and said i qill still be covered for emergencies wich was the lie. Ive told him to cancell this as im no fool. He ia not responding. This is schocking. Ive since joined a medical aid with no waiting periods. I nees clarity thatbthia mediocre plan is cancelled
