lies!

Earlier this month I had trouble with my knee after a fall! I phoned Bonita's and asked about seeing a specialist. I was told they cover specialists but of course only so many consultations per year. Seeing a specialist for the first time I forked out the cash and paid with a smile. Bonitas Autherized everything and I was happy. Today after claiming it back I get a message that R300 out of R800 will be paid to me. WHAT ON EARTH!!! Its less than half and where does Bonita's put something on a medical aid scheme knowing there is not one specialist under 700rand! Budgeting on R800 and Bonita's take food right out of people's mouth. I can not trust my medical aid anymore because my entire salary goes to co- payments that they clearly state over the phone they will cover!! This is absolutely horrible!!! I can not phone the call center because they will simply put it politely to deal with it. How is a consumer suppose to deal with this?
