<p>My premium increased to 5x the amount cause I couldn't provide a proof of registration (university registration) six months before registration opens. Why should I put my health into the hands of people who don't know how the world works? </p>
Bonitas says they have emailed me many times and have proof I've received these emails. How many attempts were made to ensure that I have received I read these emails? I did not receive a single phone call from an actual person, nor did I receive any postal mail regarding the important income verification forms

Till today, no representative has got into touch with me to resolve this matter yet I continue to be billed for the month of January for an amount of money I did not approve even after terminating with you
