Let's see if they can resolve this... I doubt it

I am not a Bonitas customer (thankfully not it seems). As of 23 November 2016 I have been receiving statements for a Mrs Henning. Heaven knows who she is because I don't. Since the 30th of November 2016 I have sent requests to remove me from their mailing list as they have the wrong e-mail address. I sent the requests to their queries department as stated on the statements. I received mails until the 7th of December still... It then stopped, up until now. I have received e-mails again addressed to Mrs. Henning about some or other stupid Medical Aid Roadshow. Is it really that difficult to delete me from your mailing lis or Mrs. Henning's profile? Just to show how much Bonitas does not care about their customers and the complaints here about them, watch and see how I will get an automated generic reply for me to contact them with my account/member number even though I'm not a member and truthfully don't ever want to be. So this matter will not be resolved, Mrs. Henning won't know about a roadshow I bet she doesn't give two ticks about and I will have to block their email as spam. Well, I tried... Judging by all the other negative reviews I really do hope all, especially Mrs. Henning, drop them!

People, there are better companies out there. Really...
