LET DOWN BY THE ONES WE ARE SUPPOSED TO TRUST - OUR HEALTH IS NOW BEING JEOPRADIZED!!!!

My dad has dementia and his CHRONIC medication is CRITICAL to his well being. He is now however sitting without it due to the inefficiency of Bonitas!!!!!!!!!!! We have been trying to get answers since the 4th of January and other than the utter disgusting rude service (to the point where the phone was put down in our ears) we get promised that the medication will arrive!! BUT NOTHING!!! We have put our trust and money into Bonitas with the hope that they will have our well being and health in mind, but clearly this is not the case!!! These are not Panados and without this medication my father is UNABLE TO FUNCTION!!!!!!
