Leaches
This might be harsh, but I'd like to keep it short and clear... Bonitas Medical Aid is nothing but leaches! They demand your money, but the service and caring for us as clients are terrible! The Credit control department is terrible with getting back to queries! Cancelling my membership today, won't suggest this company to anyone looking for a medical aid.
