I have a great experience with Bonita's agent, she has clear explanation she even send the recommended doctors to choose my GP however on me was a first experience. I used to go to the doctor not even no if is covered or not, I will only know when I heard that I owe and getting furious because I see no reason why my medical aid cant pay. Please keep up the good work you are doing.
