Late joint penalty fee

I recently joined Bonitas medical aid and already they are ripping me off already, let alone just to get hold of them it is mission and you cant get answers from them. I need to understand the ****ery late join penalty fee ,what the **** is this????? i resigned from Discovery last year Dec, and i needed to give Discovery 1month. I am covered with Discovery until end of Jan, to be covered with Bonitas effective 1st of February. What the ****, hell charging me late join penalty fee? what am i late with??????? honestly speaking i swear i will withdraw, already bad reputation as a new member. Your administration/management is very very poor. I curse the day i wanted to join you
