Late joiner penalty imposed unnecessarily

Further to my complaint on 18/5/2023. Your Underwriting team informed me that the reason why a late joiner penalty was imposed due to no coverage for 5 months, after sending them the membership certificate, they still come back to say that they cannot remove the penalty. What gives Bonitas? None of my medical aids imposed penalties, I'm curious to see what the excuse is this time.
