Lack of Human Contact
I have been a Liberty/Bonitas Medical Fund for years. Since I have an issue that is somewhat delicate, i have been trying to get in contact with a human being since do not want to share this with a "robot". Despite many attempts and a couple of promises, I have been unable to have a conversation around my concern.
