LACK OF FUNCTIONAL BONCAP NETWORK DOCTORS

If you are considering to take up Bonitas BonCap, Please ensure that the network doctors that are on the network are actually operational before you do so.

I live in a small town and have on few occasions raised it with Bonitas that the network doctors are way less than the network list suggests, if fact there is only one functional doctor in my case, A doctor which today i had to wait in queue just a little under two hours before he was even in the practice.

Network Contracting department is very stubborn and needs to do inspection-in-loco of the so called network doctors, I've made them aware of the situation on the ground wherein one doctor has even closed up practice but my plea has fell on deaf ears.

in this times of COVID-19, I don't feel comfortable sitting in a practice waiting for a doctor to arrive with other sick patients who only God knows what could be wrong with the because the one doctor i have access to doesn't take appointments, only walk-ins allowed.
