Lack of empathy by bonitas.

My child was discharged frm hospital yesterday, there is medication that has to authorised before i can collect. Been on calls and emails with bonitas, im always told it is marked urgent but nothing comes out of that, mean while the child is in pain. This service is really terrible, a person can die jst because someone is not doing what they are paid for.
