Lack of cummunication leading to rediculous bill

I received late sms that Bonitas did not receive my income forms. I contacted them to resend and was informed closeing date has passed already. I was unaware of closing date. I submitted my forms and received confirmation they received it. In Jan I was billed almost more than double my normal rate without any notification from Bonitas. When I queried this I was told I should have looked in the brochure what the amount will be amd the amount is not refundable. They will updated it in Feb only and then I might be billed correcly in March...RIDICULOUS. Don't join Bonitas been with them for 8 years claimed once and this is the service you receive regardless, they dont care as long as they take as much money from people as possible.
