WE HAVE APP**** FOR MEMBERSHIP AND HAVE SINCE SIGNED THE UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT WE HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION.

SECONDLY THE UNDERWRITING THAT WAS DONE WAS NOT FAIR ACCORDING TO CMS.... WHY WAS PMB CONDITIONS OMITTED IN THE 3 MONTHS PERIOD
