Lack Of Communication

Good day, I resigned at my work where I was using Bonitas Medical aid Membership Number ********** 2710 under my company, and when I resign at the end of July 2017 the medical aid was cancelled, in August I requested to be on the Direct Payment Member with Bonitas with effect from October 2017, and i was sent forms to fill and on the first of October then 3 months contributions were debited from my account without me being informed or arranged with me and I reversed the money, then they suspend my medical aid immediately and called me saying I should pay the full contributions even if the medical aid was cancelled. Now the money goes up while my medical aid is suspended and they still insist that I pay the contributions while i am not using the medical aid.... Contact Number ********** 759 - Please help.
