Lack of care by Bonnitas

I am so disappointed at them. I had my baby, a preemie born at 34 weeks on the 28th February. He was admitted at ICU. I tried to register him as a dependant immediately. Ever since then i have been taken from pillar to post. My baby is still not on medical aid, different stories everyday and now he is sick, no medical aid. I even went to the walk in in bloemfontein, they said they resent the documents to their Head office, when i call their Head office today they claim not to have received the documents. I am so disappointed in them, when i need them the most they are not coming through for me.
