Just don't care
I have an issue with their Marara Pharmacy partner which are useless, just check the Hello-Peter reviews. I have asked Bonitas to intervene, I thought they may be able to help, but they also just don't care leaving me waiting for my chronic medicine for more than 10 days now.
I will soon be cancelling my service with them,
