Just don't bother with Bonitas
What they promise you in the beginning, is not what what they deliver. Very disappointed that I have been paying all this time, and the ONE time I needed to use the plan, they tell me I'm not covered for the procedure!! This after the original consultant CONFIRMED that it was covered. Now all they can tell me is, "sorry, you have to pay cash". No accountability for the fact that I signed onto this plan on the basis of false information. I'm cancelling today!
