my sister struggled for 3 months to join your medical aid<br> FINALLY she was a member just to bee informed we were suppose to monthly declare that shes a student<br> <br> NOW medical NEVER been used I want a refund and it seems that will be 3 month again ?<br> despite all your ads on Radio your medical fund IS USELESS and what you advertise as premiums and reality is two different things<br> <br> I will take this to the OMBUDSMAN
