They suspected my cover on 1/9/25 and only made me aware 15/0925, meaning had i had any emergency in between i wouldn't have been covered, their reasons were that my account is in arrears because they only being debit a portion of the agreed amount and that in their system it appeared as if a company is work for was gonna pay the rest of my premiums. I asked for the name of that company and the recording of our call where I said a there's a company that will be paying they failed to provide. Now when I decide to cancel them they expecting me to make a payment arrangement of R10700 for the arrears that resulted from the error on their side. Mind you I've only consulted 2 times using the medical aid between May and now.
