It used to be a pleasure doing business with Bonitas

It used to be a pleasure doing business with Bonitas. However since Agile Health has taken over administration it is a nightmare!! A new client application was sent in on the 2nd of September. Despite the fact that this has been escalated numerous times from my side to Bonitas and Bonitas to Agile Health we are now on the 18th of September and still no response. This is totally unacceptable as a new application usually has a 48 hour turnaround. If this is the new norm for Bonitas we cannot proceed to do business with them. Get someone who can do your administration and get them soon . As this is unacceptable.
