IT or Financial Difficulties?
11 Claims being processed, some for months. Each time I phone I get a different answer. IT difficulties.....resolved.....claims to be processed within 2 days......then again.....IT difficulties. <br> <br> How can IT issues take months to resolve? <br> Might financial difficulties perhaps be the reason?
