Is profanity allowed in the Title!! Im that MAD

After giving Bonitas all the info time in and time out. after a year of Lammetjie dealing with my account saying she has the proofs and will submit late claim forms with invoices, I receive an email a whole year later in response to my last review. telling to to send proofs (AGAIN!) A YEAR LATER! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!these claims are from 2020 we have been dealing with bonitas since 2020 to have these claims paid! we have dealt with Thobile, Palesa, Lammetjie, Hlengiwe and countless others. now after a year Lammetjie wants me to start searching mails and providing info that she has already been given. So were all my calls in vain? was i been fed lies when i was told that my claims with stale forms were resubmitted? I left a message in the morning for Lammetjie to call. it 4pm and i called back but still cant speak to her? and no call returned. I called your 011 complaints line my call gets diverted to a cell number that i can provide the lady hangs up on me. THIS IS DISCUSTING!!! get someone who knows what they are doing to assist me NOW!!!!!!!
