SA's most generous medical aid??? I disagree...<br> <br> My mother is umemployed 60 year old and I offered to pay for her medical aid from the monthly allowance that I give her. She was apparently asked to confirm her income bracket which she failed to do on time. I was then shocked to have double debit orders for close to R4000 go off on my account because she was automatically put on the highest income bracket. <br> I reversed those debits, not only because my mother is unemployed(hence she cannot afford it), but I couldnt let my home loan bounce because I also CANNOT afford to have that much money going off my account. <br> <br> I was told to send through some docs which I did, and I havent heard from bonitas since. <br> My mom is currently not covered I assume and I hope bonitas will be happy with themselves if anything had to happen to her. After diligently payin gall premiums for so long. I'm shocked at how you treat you your members.
