I have been submitting a claim to bonitas on numerous occasions - now all of a sudden they say the claim is stale. According to the Dr the claim was submitted before 120days so I don't understand what is going on. and why in June was I not advised that the claim was stale? why was I told to send the account to the claims dept? the claims dept received the claim never made contact to say the claim is stale and now you guys want to hit me with this ****? I want this sorted out A.S.A.P
