Irate customer

I am extremly dissapointed that when I phone I cannot get a simple answer. The matter in question is that I want to go for ketamine infusion for depression(off label with a presciption)

The psychiatrist told me to check with my medical aid, when I phone them they say that cannot advise me and need a nappi code

I want to know whether ketamine infusion is covered or if it comes out of the savings, the treatment and the actual injection.

I phoned sa clinics and they say they charge 1300 exluding the injection. Do yourll cover that or who do you cover?

Im paying quite alot and yet continously get a run-around when querying(last time I queried electroconvulsive therapy and no one knew what I was talking about

Poor service for such an expensivw medical aid
