Investigate PMB when doing a claim - otherwise Bonitas will give you the run around and try not to pay

There are too many experiences to share - but one thing is for sure - they will make you go back and forth at least 10 times to fight for claims. I feel sorry for people that are not well and have to deal with this medical aid. People - do some research on PMB, they don't want you to know what they legally have to cover and when you bring this up, then suddenly you get covered. This is all medical aids. Know and do research on PMB - basic things that medical aids have to cover by law under the Medical Schemes Board. My last claim is sitting on email number 6 - and still no resolution.
