Intervention needed
Can Bonitas intervene with Marara. I`ve send in a chronic meds script 11.02.25 10:04. Phoned 13.02.25 and advised that I`ll be running out of one of the meds soon, the person that I spoke to promised to escalate it and meds will be delivered within 24 hours.........still no meds. Shared this bad experience on Hello Peter 17.02.25 - only then did someone look at my script. received sms that meds will be delivered within 48 - 72 hours. Received another sms meds delivery will be delayed due to bad weather. What is that? after the script was send a week ago. Please help as I am out of vital meds.
