Inept service

It has been an uphill battle. Since 4 May I been requesting approval for 2 months medication. And to have benefits re instated. Did legio of follow ups. Re instated 27 May. I reside in Mocambique this was mentioned and supporting documentation forwarded. On my visit in SA benefits suspended. I had to pay for one months medication only, as well as optometry etc. Out of pocket. What happens with the money I have saved to buy urgent supplies!! Used paying for an inept medical aid. Poor service!! Obviously my latest battle to get re imbursed has just started. There is not enough deregratory words in the dictionary to name them!!
