Inefficient service by Bonitas medical aid

I requested a breakdown of my 2026 tax certificate because of an amount reflecting on there that doesn’t tally with the amount paid by myself on the basis that they were rejected by the medical aid.Started requesting this breakdown since 24/8 as it is requested by SARS for prov tax. No response from them despite calls made the entire week. Bonitas being an asshole do no even have a decency to give feedback. Consultant by the name of Perseverance just agreed with me that their service is indeed inefficient. Bonitas is an asshole!!!
