Increased amount no extra beifits over December

My daughter was a child dependant & because an adult dependant when she turned 21 at end of November, surely I know there will be an increased amount on the contribution but no notification was done to say it will be in December surely they should inform me that they will take the extra contribution in December with no added benefits I tell you. I was under the impression that the first payment for the adult dependant will be in January 2016. I only found this out last week from payroll saying they deducted more money than usual in December with no NOTIFICATION now she has to take that amount double off my salary. Keep in mind if you are willing to take extra contribution with NO NOTIFICATION they should add benefits. I want that money reversed, I have been a client with Bonitas for a very long time and never had to deal with this kind of issues. I logged a call Query Number 210116QL690D Query Type CONTRIBUTIONS-CONFIRMATION OF MONTHLY AMOUNT. NO DECENT ANSWER & query was closed. I called again & again have all the references & all they say is it was up to me to go read my brochure to see what amount WOULD BE DEDUCTED AND WHEN!!!!! I NEED ASSISTANCE IN THIS REGARDS
