Incorred deductions
I have taken a Boncap medical aid for my son which i pay for since he is a student. Income verification were sent late and we fully completed them and send back. My son received an email confirming that his premium will be R1159 per month, which is unnecessarily high but that is okay. Suddenly on the 2nd an amount of R2714 was debited from my account after my son received confirmation that he will pay R1159. I reversed the 2714 and immediately paid the correct 1159 and now the medical aid has been suspended. What type of ***** is that, why suspend after receiving the correct premium? Please cancel this damn medical aid.
