Incorrectly Double Deducted on Salary for Premiums

Bonitas this is my 3rd Hellopeter report on the same matter. You seemed to have messed it up again. When my first Hellopeter complaint was lodged a lady from Bomitas called me and this matter was clearly understood by her however your credit control officials need to be dealt with. My salary has been deducted for two months premiums instead of 1 and this needs to be rectified with immediate effect. Should this have a negative impact on my other finances I am going to take further action. I suggest you go back and listen to the recording of the lady who called me on first Hellopeter matter regarding moving from member paying to salary deducting. Please follow the communication trails.
