Incorrect Tax Certificate Capturing

<p>Bonitas has incorrectly captured my claims which has reflected on my Tax Certificate.</p> <p>I have emailed them and called them constantly, the first time being 2 weeks ago.</p> <p>I atatched a spread sheet , the claim ackknowledgements and the invoices in quaetion, spelling out to them in no uncertain terms that they have made an error.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had no joy, no luck, no one assists you, no one is available to talk to and no supervisers are availble.</p> <p>You cant get hold of anyone, there systems are always down or slow or whatever.</p> <p>Bonitas is a complete **** show and I will advise anyone that sits still long enough to never EVER take out any insurance or medical aid with them whatsoever.</p> <p> </p>
