INCORRECT PROFILE

I joined Bonitas in November. I then downloaded Bonitas App a week after I have joined and I realised that my son who is Two years old is registered as the Main Member and my name does not appear anywhere on the profile.I am even unable to view my MSA on the app because it is incorrectly registered.I have liaised with Bonitas via Call Centre and numerous Emails(proof available)but still no one is able to assist.The last consultant I spoke to yesterday said they will deactivate my account and I will need to reactivate it,I did that but still the profile came back with my toddler being the main member. This is sooo frustrating as this is the error which should be fixed by them.The service I have received is pathetic especially from such a huge medical aid service provider. I have more than 5 reference numbers which serves as a proof that I have been in constant contact with this medical aid but still I am not getting any joy. I was with another Medical aid for the past10 years and due to my new employer I had to join Bonitas and this is the pathetic welcome and extremely poor service I get from them.
